Due to a problem with a leaking piston assembly in our neutralizer tank, I had to replace this part. The parts were procured from the Plumbery in Mt. Airy.
Here is the actual piston assembly as installed.
After the repair, I refreshed the level of the AN material that was needed. This process needs to be repeated about every 3 months. The level of material in the tank should be about 2/3 full.
Our driveway has received a long needed face lift. For a long time after we completed our addition our driveway was gravel and often a complete mess after weather difficult to maintain in the winter months. The photos below show the area before and after.

I have been trying to figure out what might be causing the die back and slight yellowing of several of my Juniper bonsai. Water rates are okay, fertilization is sufficient, so now looking into pests.
